Evil in Eynhallow is a Neolithic Whodunit, the second in the Marna Mystery Series set in Orkney. Marna is visiting her friend Fara on the small island of Eynhallow, but on her arrival a young girl is poisoned and dies. When the village elder also succumbs to poison, the islanders look to the priests at the Ness for guidance, but Marna feels that answers can be found closer to home. Her efforts to solve the murders are met with suspicion and soon she finds her own life in danger. This is a historical, detective novel set in an age with no forensics and no police force.
