Cylestra Darkeam, a slopestyle snowboarder from Colorado, lives a solitary but content life on the slopes. Although her heart lies in the snow and the Winter Olympics, she has a much bigger secret that may turn her calm mountain life upside-down... Cylestra hides a pair of wings under her jacket. When a mysterious stranger named Alexander whisks her into the faerie world of Csenfeisna, Cylestra learns of a war between faeries and humans that threatens her newly-found homeland. Joined by their friends Elias and Oliver, they set out on a mission to convince the Faerie Council to abandon their declaration of war. Unfortunately, the Council isn't interested in negotiation. Cylestra and her companions soon realize that although their intentions are noble, four rugged harvester faeries have no means to rescue their world save for one. They discover a new purpose and set out on a new mission: to use the strength of the united proletariat to bring peace.
