This collected volume contains the life stories of 21 significant jurists that considerably affected the development of criminal law over the past few decades and contributed to the influence of German criminal jurisprudence worldwide. The autobiographies comprehensively present criminal jurisprudence and the history of criminal law over the past 50 years.
