Nonconventional Polymer Nanostructures, Bionanoconjugates and Dispersions reviews the work dealing with the preparation of polymer, composite and metal nanostructures in micellar systems. It also deals with the functionalization and characterization of these nanostructures as well as with interactions between (bio)polymers or polymer nanoparticles, metal nanoparticles, surface active agents, solvents and some selected additives. The book includes recent advances in the applications of functionalized polymer and composite nanoparticles that are conjugated with (bio) aptamers and oligomers. Furthermore, this book reviews recent progress in the area of polymer nanoparticles-additives nanoconjugates-based artificial/smart nanostructures, that is, the collective properties and applications of various polymer-based nanostructures.
