Chad Morgan is tired of his roll as action hero Storm. The studio wants him to do two more. He really wants to do his friend's book where he has the rights. Needing to escape Hollywood and think he heads to Fern Lake where the woman he left behind lives. He realizes he loves Emma and decides to recover the love they had. Emma Grassi is now a nurse practitioner in private practice with her friend. She decides it's time to move on and she is tired of waiting for Chad to get over himself.
