Ikky Sticky MR Heff

The monsters send Ikky out into the Halloween Streets to bring back some children to scare. They hope he will not return. He has no friends and is unliked by the rest of the monsters because he has sticky, gluey bits all over his body. Ikky discovers that children are no longer afraid of monsters and he has great difficulty finding some to bring back. However, he does find one very special friend.
