Patricia E. Basden is a woman on a mission to educate the first- time renter. She isn't a realtor nor is she a licensed real estate attorney. Who is she? She's first and foremost a mother who cares about her young adult daughter's generation. As she believes her own generation should help establish young people towards independence, Ms. Basden created this guide to prepare 18+ year-olds for living decisions they will undertake. She feels settled adults can use this book along with love and guidance, to impact first-timers in planning for this exciting season in their lives. She is an Assistant Property Manager in South Florida that has decided to use her experience to create this guide.
