A Special Day: A Read Aloud Children's Christmas Story Barbara Roberts Pine

Bethlehem did have rooms to rent, but, Oh dear, not nearly enough when Joseph and his wife, Mary, traveled there. Whatever shall they do?

Shepherds had a fairly good idea of what to expect from an ordinary night sky, but, Oh dear! Not that particular night sky. Children know what Christmas brings, but do they?

There was a beginning of Christmas, so very, very long ago, and there is a celebration of Christmas even today. A Special Day delivers the very old story with fresh, engaging vigor. In these pages meet a dear but frantic Joseph, delightful but fumbling shepherds, bad news and good news, and an invitation for children to share a special day.
