Red Hibiscus is a modern-day erotic love story based on the old Taino legend of Taino princess Guanina and her forbidden lover, Don Cristobal Sotomayor. Told throughout many tribes in the Indigenous communities with their own variations. Although similar to many legends, Red Hibiscus is unique. The characters are plagued by the curse set in stone within their bloodlines that tie directly to their 1500's ancestors, and their ancestors attempt to keep their origins pure. But as the characters fall in love, they set out to teach all of the world that the key to prosperity will always be unconditional love. And so, with patience, understanding, and forgiveness, the young lovers set out to prove everyone wrong. No love can ever be cursed.
