Goal40! is a self-help workbook designed for individuals who are ready to be complete. There are 8 key areas that contribute to one's wholeness. Each month, the individual should work on up to two areas and Rate-In how they are doing. The individual should rate themselves from 1-5 in the key areas. Wherever there is a Rate-In less than 5, the individual is expected to figure out how to raise their score. The workbook is meant to be intentional and thought provoking. The goal is to get to a score of 40 by rating HIGH-FIVES in each key area. At the end of this workbook, you should feel complete. Get you an accountability partner to keep you motivated. While you can get through the workbook on your own, this exercise works great in group settings.
