Between is an engrossing spiritual thriller that tells the story of two journeys; Steven, a young man murdered on a warm spring night and the author as a college graduate still unpacking boxes from a recent move into a small New England town. The two journeys become intertwined as Steven seeks to return to his former life and contacts the author to help him complete his quest.
