Night Flowers Dennis Tallent
Night Flowers
Dennis Tallent
Casey is close to death. Regular blood transfusions keep him alive-until now. After his last transfusion something inside him changes. A new vision emerges that allows him to see that some of the people around him are at people at all. They are unearthly one eyed creatures that seem to want him dead, but why? His metamorphosis continues and he finds that he can no longer endure the light of day and he is developing some very strange cravings. He is unwillingly drawn into a running battle between the Cyclopes and the others, another warring faction, whomever they may be. Amidst this chaos he finds a guide. A mute, little girl, who has teeth like a shark, points the way. Fighting his way through the war torn night he discovers that he is only thing standing between an inconceivable horror and the end of life on earth. This is not what he had planned for the weekend!
