What is this literary departure all about? Actually, it represents an accumulation of tales, which have been lying in state just waiting to be written, for many more years than writing even existed. The time has arrived for the generations of the world to really become aware of us. We are the "creatures" of life, all too often unappreciated for what we genuinely contribute. We are "things" inanimate objects that exist hereabouts and thereabouts, most often in abundance, yet very often in isolation. It is not common knowledge, but we possess life, admittedly a different kind of life but, while being materialistic, we also have feelings; we want to be understood; we want to be accepted; we want to be loved...we need to be understood, accepted, and appreciated. Again, this is a treatment of "things"some that movesome that do not; we represent any item alive, dead, or in between, something that Websters Unabridged might classify as "non-people". You might think, "ahamerely another attempt to implant life, in the literary sense, into an inanimate object." Wrong!
