When his history teacher assigns a history writing project, Marcus reaches out to George O'Sullivan, an old man known for his knowledge of local Native American history as well as for rumors about his sexuality. As Marcus's friendship with George grows throughout Marcus's final year of high school, secrets are revealed that will change his life and impact his entire family. Photographs from Eaden follows Marcus's twelve-year journey from central Montana to San Francisco.
