The miracles she experiences after suffering from uterine cancer, nearly dying in a car accident, getting divorced, and being homeless, abused, and discriminated against teach her that life is worth fighting for. Samson learns to celebrate each moment and believes that a positive outlook can turn a bitter life into a better life.
