In the near future, Russia has been brought to its knees by a bloody war in Ukraine. With the Russian people facing famine, Chinese troops massing on the Russian border and the global economy on the verge of collapse, a rogue General seizes power with a plan to end the conflict by breaking the last taboo of war.
