The inspiration for Vera deCicco's poetry collection comes from the inner and outer landscapes of urban life. Seeing the beauty and irony both at once in everyday life she writes poems of wit and wry as snapshots of the moment in passing. This collection is a tapestry of life as seen through the lens of a soul unfolding. They came as messages softly whispering in her ear during moments of deep peace, intense stress, sometimes in the midst of teaming crowds or while walking alone along the path of light.
