Fully alive and Finally Free refers to the first section of the book and discribes a life lived identified with Jesus Christ leads to abundant living on this earth. When we committ our lives to Jesus, we trade or exchange our life for his. We invite him into our life and he comes and resides in us. We become one with him and obtain the eternal life he has. With that we also are crucified as we go back in eternity 2000 years and our old self dies with him. We become one with Christ as we are crucified, buried, and resurected with him and now spiritually we reside in Christ at the right hand of the Father in heaven. That is our true identity as spiritual beings when we come to know Jesus and recognize him as God.
