Reshni Ratnam is an Australian journalist with more than 15 years' experience.




Her journey to motherhood was emotionally challenging and confronting when her daughter Isla was born via an emergency caesarean at 29+1 weeks' gestation. Two-and-a-half years later her son Rohaan was born during the COVID-19 global pandemic at 34+1 weeks' gestation.




Reshni's book is a compilation of stories and letters of inspiration from mothers who have endured an emotional journey to parenthood. From failed IVF treatments, pregnancy loss, sick and premature babies, and a successful international surrogacy story with a twist, every chapter will give hope and strength to women struggling with the road ahead.
