Toby is a fairly ordinary nine-year-old, but he has an extraordinary secret-he is the proud new owner of a time-traveling rocket!



The adventure begins when Toby's tooth falls out at the dinner table. He's sure it's because his mother is making him eat icky vegetables once again. He wishes that the Anti-Vegetable Squad would storm in and protect him from such horrible torture, but nothing happens. At least he got a tooth out of it, and that's worth something.



Toby may be young, but he knows an opportunity when he sees one. He trades his tooth for his cousin's mathematics medal and starts a series of exchanges that finally lands him his very own time-traveling rocket!



There's just one problem. Toby needs some kind of special fuel to get his rocket moving. What's a boy to do? Toby will have to use some quick thinking and a surprising secret ingredient to make his time machine finally fly, and that's just the start of the adventure!



Toby will be whisked back to prehistoric Earth, ancient Egypt, and other amazing points in history. From one small tooth springs a series of time-traveling adventures that will test Toby's independence, courage, and determination!
