Note from the Author: I wrote this story to explain to my son what was going on with his grandmother. He was starting to ask a lot of questions, that I couldn't seem to answer quite right. I wrote the book, and had it drawn, so he could see what I was telling him. I wasn't expecting it to work so well, and to help other children as much as it did. I hope this assists you through the process of an organ transplant, like it did for my son.
