Bumble Bear is sad. He doesn't have any money to buy Mom a birthday present. It's awfully hard for a five-year-old bear to earn money. He cheers up when he has a chance to win five dollars in a talent contest. Everybody says Bumble sings beautifully. Surely, he can win. All he has to do is practice a little and get to the talent contest on time. This sounds easy enough for a very talented bear like Bumble.
