At every stage of life we play on our playground. The playground of toddlers is where we begin to explore with joy and excitement the newness of the world around us. The playground of adolescence is where we begin to make choices, and sometimes the consequences of our continued exploration of our world gets us into trouble. The playground of young adulthood is where we study hard and play hard, carving out the trails we will take for the future. The playground of adulthood is where the dreams of our youth start to be fulfilled. But there is the grandest of all playgrounds. It's the playground of wisdom. It's the playground of life's experiences. It's the playground of reminiscing of days gone by; days of both victories and defeats. If we live long enough, and are blessed and fortunate enough, we, too, will be able to one day play on the playground "Where the Old People Play."
