This guidebook/companion journal is based on the teachings in my book Between Me and Dad, which goes into great depths about the journey to healing and wholeness. True healing requires letting go of past hurts and false beliefs. This book aims to look at specific tools and principles that help the reader access ways and paths to finding their own healing stream and truth in doing both?heal the past and look toward the future, while standing in the present. When you can do that you become an example. You realize that you matter. What you say, feel and do matters to the world. A continuum of self-discovery and the creation of self-worth are the foundation for building our own house; we understand in a new and deeper way that what we say matters, what we do matters and how we move about in the world matters. At the end of the day, we?re led to ask the question: what?s really important to me? And then we begin to take the inward journey of finding out.
