Kathy is called home after the unexpected death of her mother. Shocked and in a rush to get back home to the Bay Area Kathy finds out that her mother made a video of herself before she died. That video explains family history, a secret power in the family the Kathy did not know existed. Together with someone from her childhood she discovers a secret power within her own family. Kathy and her companion also discover that they too are tied together on a deeper level than either one could have imagined. Will Kathy be able to awaken the power within, or will she be consumed by the forces that seek to eradicate her bloodline from the planet.
