When the foundations of the Republic are threatened by unconstitutional Executive Orders, the forces of tyranny find the spirit of liberty alive and well. The tale is a drama of treachery and tragedy, allegiance and honor, compassion and humor. Character dialogue is laced with pertinent historical quotes that are fully credited in the several appendices. While providing an entertaining piece of reality fiction, the author uses the medium to revive some real US history; perhaps enticing those who may balk at the prospect of reviewing the writings of our Founding Fathers, from documents, letters and speeches that should have been studied in school.
