Our mission at Ethnic Perspective is to lead young Latina women into greatness by renewing their minds, empowering through mentorship, equipping with knowledge, and inspiring them to pave a new path for the next generation. Although the ministry was birthed based on a need within the Latin community we are committed to helping all women regardless of ethnicity and backgrounds.

For this reason, 11 fiery women and I have come together to create this book to share our stories and to show the importance of having faith in God while going through tests, trial, and triumphs. The goal is not only to encourage, uplift and inspire but to let the reader know that they are "Great" and must "Rise Up" to their rightful place and walk the path that God has set for them.
