The Life of Jesus Christ My Friend and Savior Tom D Wilcox

Finally, a chronological presentation of the life, ministry, and purpose of Jesus Christ using simplified English. The author has used scriptural references for each of the major points of Christ's life. Fictional conversations set the scenes and draw out the characters, but the principles discussed in the dialogue are true or might have occurred. This results in a tapestry of Jesus's life that is believable and rich. Italics are used for what is fiction or not documented, while footnotes allow the reader to find the scriptures if desired. The author has also included a bit of history on some of the Old Testament prophets and kings, such as Abraham, Moses, Joshua, Saul, and David. As some of Abraham's family relations are confusing, a chart of Abraham's genealogy is included. All this provides background to help readers better understand the teachings of Jesus. You might also find this book interesting, if you are interested in learning the answers to questions about life that seem universal, such as: Why are we here? Where do we go after this life? Why do bad things happen to good people? Was there anything before this life? Through this book, you will increase your knowledge and love of Christ, your personal Savior and, hopefully, your friend.
