The original debate was reported by William Woodfall and printed by him as 'A sketch of the debate, that took place at the India-House .. on Wednesday, the 9th of October ..'. Between the final line of the imprint and the imprint date is an advertisement: "Where may be had, A sketch of the debate on the same subject, ..". The final leaf contains "the words of the by-law, which created a difficulty, and rendered it impossible to put the motion for the address to the vote, at the preceding Court, held on the 9th ult. ..".
