On the other side of the world, FSB learns of a Soviet defector long-hidden in Australia, who has just resurfaced to aid a renegade Neo-Fascist general scheming to take control of Russia.

An old KGB hand is sent back to Australia. He calls in long-forgotten debts and dredges up long-forgotten connections from the murky pit of history, where Cold War machinations previously rotted in peace - the stench soon rises sky-high.
