I was going along on this journey and came to notice that I had no joy, nor did I have the ability to create happiness for myself. My life could have been described using the first stanza of Sade's song "Soldier of Love." The lyrics are, "I've lost the use of my heart, but I'm still alive." My heart had been snuffed out, and I felt helpless and depleted. I was numb. Life will bring its stuff, and I want to help with the process of being prepared when the tornadic winds blow. This book will provide some tools needed for building your permanent plan to fulfill the purpose and help gain a clear understanding about what it will take to become unstuck, walk in freedom and be the prolific human being you were created to be.
