The Stress Mastery Questionnaire was created by Dr. James Petersen, an internationally recognized psychologist, author and stress mastery expert and is considered the "gold standard" for helping people to understand how stress is affecting them, how to recognize their personal stress warning signs, and how to make the changes necessary to reduce and master stress.
