Captain Cannabis(R) No. 3 YOYO starts with a re-cap; In No. 1 young Hal Lighter finds a glowing joint that turns him into sensi-super Captain Cannabis with a single toke. That's good shit! In No. 2 he gets his "mission" while in a messed-up glowing-joint-induced out-of-body state. Surviving his near-death-experience, this issue finds Hal frantically searching for the intragalactic joint so he can do it all over again!



But he's not alone. No. 3 opens with Lt. Ralph Bukster ordered on a conflicting mission so we know it's only a matter of time before sparks start flying.



No. 3 begins bridging Verne's original Captain Cannabis series with the larger story line in his 420 comic where older Hal is physically challenged with failing memory. How he gets there starts here! Trouble begins when the cosmic pot's powers manifest in real-life Hal; in No. 3 he struggles with seeing things like he's never seen them before, with lots more fun to come.
