The blue-eyed people have been able to take over three continents in about 1500 hundred years and have maintained an imperial type presence in much of the world for over four hundred years because they have had physical, social, behavioral amd economic advantages over most of their neighbors. Nuclear weapons threaten the ability of the blonds to continue that behavior because nuclear weapons are behaviorally different from the weaponry that preceded the nuclear age. From the club to the carrier fleet, the blonds' physical and behavioral advantages have produced a resource base that was much larger than their enemies' economies. Nuclear weapons dramatically alter the equation. North Korea demonstrates the nuclear reality. North Korea is a small peasant society that may soon be able to destroy large segments of America. Nuclear weapons do not underline and extend the economic advantages that the United States has long enjoyed: Nuclear weapons neutralize those advantages. The reason that China and North Korea have become long-term threats for blue-eyed America, is that the Koreans and the Chinese can match the American nuclear engineer in the death business. IQ tests predict that once Chinese and North Korean boys were in school in very large numbers, they would be able to develop an impressive nuclear arsenal.
