After turning the final page of T. M. Camp's 'Assam & Darjeeling', readers were left to wonder what happened next. "What about Jee?" they asked. Up until now, the question went unanswered. In 'The Cradle', we are reunited with Jee - still wandering in a world of myth and magic. Seeking shelter from a storm, she is taken in by a kindly old couple who offer her a warm meal and a dry place to sleep. Soon enough, she discovers that her hosts have a very interesting story of their own to tell. Picking up where 'Assam & Darjeeling' left off, 'The Cradle' gives us the next chapter in Jee's journey as she tries to find her place in the Underworld - a place that she can, at last, call home.
