There is Life After Drugs-how Bad Do You Want It? Pastor Ray Houston

There Is Life After Drugs - How Bad Do You Want It? By Pastor Ray W. Houston This book is a biography of Pastor Houston's life. This former addict went through 27 years of hardcore drug addiction, spending over half a million dollars in the drug market but even at the height of his addiction he raised a baby daughter from one year of age to become a successful college graduate who never knew the evil of drug addictions. This book is also a ministry help book for those who have love ones or friends who are addicted to drugs or alcohol. It helps them understand the mind of the addict and the best way to help them to overcome their addiction. From Skid Row to the Federal building the dysfunctional, ex-drug addicted, Mr. Pookie Ray, the brother from the hood overcame his addiction and right after 911 a time of extreme scrutiny for the country Ray was allowed to do business as a painting contractor for the FBI. He was also blessed to paint the Office Suites of then Senator Barack Obama's Office, the future President of the United States. But most paradoxical this ex-drug addict was able to do business in the Office of the Drug Enforcement Agency as a General Service Administrator contractor. Pastor Ray along with his wife, Pastor Colleen Bennett-Houston is now co-director of True Believers G. R. O. U. P. Outreach Ministry, a Christian rehabilitation program that houses and ministers to drug addicts and alcoholics. This book is a book of hope to everyone still out there and for those who have a love one still addicted to know "There Is Life After Drugs - How Bad Do You Want It?"
