Blood in the Snow is a thriller that takes place in the rugged North Cascades of Washington state. Investigating a series of slain animals, Sean Kendall and wildlife officer Adam Raines find themselves on the heels of a poaching ring. As they close in, they discover the poachers are a side arm of an extremist group bent on attacking a political convention being held in Seattle. Further complicating Kendall's world, he finds himself falling for Miranda Shaw, a charming visitor to the Cascades. The romance quickly becomes one of volatility as Sean indicts Miranda's cousins as part of the terror plot.
