Maggot Pie with Tiger Piss Vahe Bedrosian 1.º edición

I often wander, how would Napoleon, from Orwell's Animal Farm, if he was still alive, go about promoting a Commandment such as: "Walking Good, Crawling Better, Crawl !" He probably would have Squealer, his master of information, teach it to the sheep and then the sheep would sing it and and always interrupt any dissenting discussions or expressions to the contrary, if there were any. For this to work however, because there might be too many animals and too few sheep, he would devise a way to keep all the lower rank animals, except the sheep, in their stalls and away from each other, so that they, the lower rank animals, could only converse with each other on line where they could be monitored and where any rebellious ramblings could be interrupted by a chorus of sheep singing : " Walking Good, Crawling Better, Crawl ! ". They, the lower rank animals, would listen to the sheep because after all the sheep were their friends. If that did not work, well then he could always unleash the dogs, but only as a last resort and only at night because dogs are bad form for a democracy and they can only be used during times of war. I think that that's how he, Napoleon that is, would probably do. And then, if some day, if after some tumultuous event which just did not feel right, some newly born or lower rank animals would want to check the Commandments they would just see "Crawl !", and think yes everything is on the up and up and according to the Commandments. So then, Maggot Pie with Tiger Piss is a poetic, play like, narrative developed from my wanderings and reflections on the aims and the workings of early 21st Century cultural propaganda models and their increased ability to achieve mass consent by amplified dissemination through mass and social media, with the social media being the newly found, sheep like, amplifying mechanism. It describes the promotion of Crawl !. (For full disclosure, there are no animals in this story)
