The Kingdom of God, in summary, can no longer be identified with a particular race or nation. Such identification belonged to a time of preparation for the Old Testament Israel, but Israel as a people never truly measured up. The Kingdom of God now belongs to the "poor in spirit," to persons whose righteousness is of the heart, hence to those who have been miraculously " born-again," where God reigns in the hearts of man.
