For ten years Saleh Al-Filistini served his terrorist masters well. Many bombings and murders throughout southern Europe and the Near East bore his mark. Saleh's most recent operation, planned over a year, fails. His Al Qaeda superiors wrote the failure off as a stroke of bad luck, but Saleh sees the devastating outcome as much more than a fluke.
