Gina Renee Drakeford strives to live her daily life as an encourager... one who perseveres, motivates, and inspires humankind to never give up, always give back, and allow the Creator to spring forth hope that flows like a river throughout all humanity. This collection includes rewritten journal entries dating back nearly 50 years through today, all of which reflect the struggle of mental illness, but more importantly, the shift in mindset that occurred after being connected to CarePlus. In that same vein of service, dedication and generosity, Gina Renee has decided that all proceeds from sales of her book will be donated to the CarePlus Foundation for the purpose of supporting the life-saving programs and services. CarePlus set the stage for Gina Renee to not only recover, but also flourish. Gina Renee became a Recovery Guide, with the goal of motivating her peers to live at their highest potential, and overcome their pain and suffering. All of her efforts are done on behalf of her safe harbor of friends, loved ones and supporters... she affirms that without their support, she never would have made it.
