It is my prayer that this book will be used as a guide for the reader to use the words of the Bible to pray that which is true, based on the Word of God (the Holy Bible). God wants us to say and pray with faith, what He says in His Word. Romans 10:9 states "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead You will be saved". Note that this scripture tells us to confess with your mouth, in other words, speak and believe in our heart, and it shall be done; it will be manifested in Christ Jesus. As believers or as one seeking to make Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior, we must remember to always pray and not loose heart (Luke 18:1). When we continually pray, praise and seek God in faith, we please God and He will never leave us nor forsake us. It is important to pray those things which agree with God's will, His way and His Word. The prayers and praise in this book may be used as part of your daily prayers and praise and/or as a guide for praying prayers which include quotes from the Holy Bible, which by faith will come to pass. You may also study, meditate on and journal your own thoughts, prayer as you read the scriptures included throughout the writings of The Path "Bible Based Prayers and Praise". As you pray and seek the Lord, your faith will increase, which is important because "without faith it is impossible to please God" (Hebrews 11:6). Now let the Prayers and Praise begin in Jesus name!
