For this research is systematically conducted to identify the factors that help in achieving the level of skill, which a player can attain through proper coaching & evaluation. However physical activity is the need of the human body & it should not be denied. Modernization and Mechanization prevent involvement in physical activities, but games and sports fulfill this requirement. 'Core stability' is defined as the ability to control the position and motion of the trunk over the pelvis to allow optimum production, transfer and centre 1 of force and motion to the terminal segment in integrated athletic activities.
