The book is a series of short stories describing customer experiences that I have been exposed to over the 40 years I have worked in the service industry. The goal is to provide the reader with an entertaining interpretation of actual experiences for the sole purpose to allow us to laugh at ourselves. Peoples names and descriptions have been changed to protect the technicians and customers used in the stories, but each story is based on an actual experience.
