This work of nonfiction represents the personal views and policy positions of an aspiring young person in the city of Philadelphia. The purpose of the book is to encourage readers to critically examine the issues and circumstances prevalent in their own city. Policy alternatives are explored compared to the current solutions that are being devised. It promotes critical thinking of the various issues that America faces and for our citizens to become more proactive in making their own policy ideas a reality.
