There are all kinds of roads we go down in life, there are all kinds of choices we make that can change and alter our God giving purpose. I have learned it is what doesn't kill us, that makes us stronger; and that even when you turn your back on God, he is still there waiting on you. This is my story of hitting rock bottom, not once but twice; of surviving rape, of being in the depths of a drug and alcohol addiction and of losing too many loved ones. This journey has taken me through 24 years of being in a verbally abusive marriage and two suicide attempts to see I couldn't do this by myself. It's about turning to God because you have no one else to turn to and though you closed him out and you stopped talking, he never stopped listening. When you truly give your life over to him, even though your not worthy, even though your not perfect, he will change your life, he will bless you beyond measure. This book is about walking out on faith when I couldn't see through the darkness, yet somehow knowing God would take care of it, having "Crazy faith" like my Bishop taught us. It's about trusting that God has you, that he has bigger plans than even you could dream of. This is the story of how far faith can take you.
