Kyle was a brilliant student trying to develop the world's first self-aware artificially intelligent robot. After recently breaking up his girlfriend he goes to a bar to drink away his depression but there he meets a beautiful student from Taiwan named Victoria, the girl of his dreams. Everything seems perfect until he starts seeing mysterious swirling vortexes that nobody else can see that appeared at the same time he met Victoria. Eventually he marries Victoria and he couldn't be happier but he soon starts to realize that nobody else can see Victoria and there is no record of her existence anywhere. Soon Kyle has to wonder is Victoria real, a visitor from a parallel reality or just a symptom of mental illness, and does her appearance with the swirling vortexes have anything to do with his research into artificial intelligence?
