Does air we breathe has any religion . No it has no religion . There is only pure air or polluted air . Does water we drink, that comes down as rain, does it have any religion . Does the food we eat, the rice, wheat, vegetables, eggs, meat does it have any religion . No food does not belong to any religion . There is only vegetarian or non vegetarian food . Does the sound that has million waves and frequencies that is everywhere, does it has any religion . Sounds have no religion . Either there is noise or silence . Does the sun which lights up the world, which is the source of life on earth, does it belong to any religion . No sun and moon does not belong to any religion, nor the planets and the stars which are light years away . Does getting up in the morning, discharging impurities and washing up and starting the day with fresh mind, is it religion . No it is not religion . It is the cleanliness way for health . Then what is religion ? . Religion is the mischief of the mind . Mind builds walls around itself to protect the Body brain complex . Mind builds religion as its wall of protection and holds people within the wall . Larger the group and rigid is the wall, safer the mind feels . Mind builds traditions as a wall . Mind is the chief custodian of security of body brain complex and seeks pleasure and comfort at every stage . Mind builds nations, groups based on languages, food, culture, based on beliefs and based on rituals and hold them within the wall . But Mind itself is unreal, whatever wall it builds however large and strong it is still like a mirage . It disappears with the dawn of knowledge and wisdom . Brain is the physical part of the Mind . It is like the hardware of a computer, which stores all memory and processors . Mind is outside the body, emanating from consciousness . Mind is the software that guides the body brain complex . Consciousness is the ocean of memory of all past, present and future . It has creative intelligence . Infinite energy and consciousness are everywhere . Individual consciousness is part of supreme consciousness . Mind is the bridge between body brain complex and this infinite consciousness . Soul which is the spark of the divine Creator is lodged in the body as jeeva has individual consciousness identified with its limitations .
