I have been in hospitality management for over 40 years and have been "mismanaging" my own life for over 60. Management One-Point-Oh is the culmination of what I have learned and what I have not learned about both. I wrote it mostly for fun, but also with the aim of saving some folks, particularly young managers, from themselves-and to describe in simple detail what I think are the primary differences between bad, good, and great managers.
