Introduction When most people of the World hear or think of Washington, D. C., what comes to mind is the White House. The headquarters of the most influential Nation on Earth, along with its beautiful landscapes of monuments and museums. Unfortunately, no one took the liberty to paint an adequate picture of the other Washington, D. C., where gun-fire is rapid, predators roam, and the drugs of your choice can be conveniently purchased right across the street from the White House. As a Political Community, Washington, D. C. has always operated from two set of laws: those that are written in Congress, and those that are not written; however, tragically understood in the streets. Well, this is a story about Five Afrikan males who grew from Boyhood, to Manhood in the unwritten jungle. As you travel down their pathway of life, you will be amazed at their transforming powers. The powers I speak of did not come easy but rather through a lot of experience, hopes, and dreams of a better way of life. Many will question their actions and behavior and be ready to indict them to the death penalty, while not taking into account their present development and station in life. If you find yourself as being one of the ones, then you too are wrong; because in the final verdict, Only God Can Judge Us!
